Summer in Missouri

This past summer the "Man" aka Stephen and I were able to spend a few months living in wonderful humid Missouri! We were living in the basement of the Pearson Parents! I really enjoyed our time there. I got to exercise at curves with the "older ladies", learn to make jewelry and aprons! Stephen was able to get some good experience doing an internship for ATK. We did lots of fun things...so I put together this slide show to give you a quick overview of summer 2008! I made sure to add a picture or two of us putting our sweet working skills to the test so it would be quite clear that we aren't all about fun...even though we are. We did our best!

We were able to see places where the early church members lived. It gave more insight to the trials they went through for us. Adam-ondi-ahman was a really beautiful and peaceful place. We made it just in time to see the trees in bloom! Along with the church sites we went to the movies, the AWESOME ZOO, swimming, shopping, restauranting, yard saling(thanks to Robyns skills!), trail walking, and of course the bontanicle gardens! Lastly I can't forget to mention all the fun we had watching the very addicting show of Lost...we lost lots sleep from that activity. I must say it was all worth it in the end because of the tasty popcorn and fruit smoothies made by Robyn! We went to a great ward, met wonderful people and of course lived with wonderful people!!!!! Lucky us!!!
