Daddy did it!
I love her messy faces, but lets be honest, whenever I do the feeding I try my hardest to keep her as clean as possible! I'm almost sure that it takes me twice as long though...should I be more like Stephen and not worry about the mess?..?....
Stephen got to go with his dad and brothers to the Uintas this summer! They try and go every year to get some manly bonding time in:) Someday I will get a chance to enjoy this beautiful sight!
Mya is such a happy girl after naps! I almost never hear crying, usually its some sort of high pitched sound or mumbo jumbo baby talk! Makes me smile!
We don't go to Salt lake very often but we decided it had been too long! Nothing like a full day of shopping, right Stevo!?! It never gets old for me! Plus check out those two hot babes!!!
Mya has always loved music, Its one of the best things that helps calm her down! Stephen decided it was time to show her the cool way to hold a guitar pick, which she learned very quickly!!!
By 8 and 1/2 months Mya learned to do this!!! Finally she can hold it all by her lonesome, and boy does she like to! I think she finds it very fulfilling!
As of Spring 2010 we got the Rasmussen family to plant a garden, best decision ever!
Here is just a small portion of the fruits & veggies of our labor!

| I didn't get pictures of everything but you get the idea...Some of the veggies came from our little garden at the Pearson also. We planted mostly a salsa garden because that is our favorite! |
Yummy!!!
I worked real hard with the help of my hubby and now have 12 quarts of salsa! Seriously worth every second, even if I gained a new wrinkle or two!
Fair time!
We went to the fair with the Pearson's and looked at all the animals! We also had a good ol' burger and found cover during a pretty sweet rain storm!
Mya is full of awesome moves and tricks! I think I will start to copy them, I think this one looks like a good calf exercise!
Mya has been exploring vertically! Anything she can grab onto and pull herself up will do the job! Even my legs...which by the way makes it hard to get things done very fast! She can't help it though and loves to just follow me wherever I go!
I love the one at the door! She will babble as she looks out the window! SO so funny! And to explain the yellow diaper cover...as she would crawl around in those pj's her legs would come out of the feet and then she'd get stuck so that kept her from getting all clogged! :) Creative eh?
Mya has recently learned to feed herself! Yippee! I was so excited every time she put a cheerio to her mouth I would say "YAY you did it!" But then she would jump and drop it! I finally realized I was messing her up so I waited till she finished the motion....VIOLA! Isn't she a cute self-feeder!
Peach Days
Peach days is one of my very favorite festivities! Every year I look forward to going! I love looking at the booths, eating delicious food, and going to the car show! This year we went to the parade with the Pearson's! Mya was so entertained the whole time except for the occasional siren or gun shot which for her was more scary then interesting.
All the chillins, chillin! Must not have been any candy around...
This year there were some pretty cool floats...sadly my camera died so I couldn't catch em all!
Look at me, I'm 9 MONTHS!!!
