Mya gets new ideas all the time!
Her spunk and personality keep me laughing and smiling every day!
This is how I found her, happily playing and quite satisfied with her climbing accomplishment!
Its more fun to sit in the toy box!
Not as fun to get out...
Something Mya really enjoys doing when she gets the chance is to attack faces/heads.
She likes to maul us when we are in reach and just hug, and squeeze, or even sit on! Whatever she can do to get as close as possible!
Even though the weather hasn't been as warm as we would like we are trying to get outside often. Mya enjoys going anywhere, especially outside!
So we took her to the park to get some practice in!
I have learned to vacuum with a child in my arms!
Mya gets really scared and starts to cry when we turn on the vacuum, unwilling to keep the floor dirty I just hold her while I vacuum, this gets very complicated especially with our vacuum! Thankfully Stephen takes a turn or two! The good news is...Mya isn't so scared when Ma or Pa are near!
I just had to giggle when I could read SOOTHIE on Mya's cheek, then of course I had to snap a shot!
Not my best angle but it is a beautiful picture of Mya!!! She really is so happy and playful! I love the excitement and pure joy she adds to our family!!!
Most of the time when we go outside Mya would prefer to walk on the pavement or sidewalks. This time she decided to venture out to the grass. She had a little fall and obviously getting up was no fun! She did not want to touch the grass, so as soon as she was on her feet she headed back to safety!
There is always time for a little basketball!
I put in the movie Tangled for Mya one morning so I could get a few things done. I didn't get too far, the mother scared her so she came to me for comfort, bless her little heart!
Milk is a good distraction when I want to load the dishwasher!
Without it she is right in the action...Oh how she loves to "help"!!!!
Checkin out the snow!
We decided it was time to try the big kid bed! We lined the floor with pillows just to make sure...
About and hour after she fell asleep we found her like this! Either she did it in her sleep, or just didn't mind staying on the floor! Anyway it didn't take more then a couple of roll outs and she had it all figured out!
A couple of nights later she actually got out of bed opened her door and came running down the hall towards our bedroom. We were laying in bed reading and heard her door open, Stephen and I looked at each other confused when we see the little bullet come running towards us!
Her door must not have been all the way closed and she made her escape!
We all had a good family laugh for a bit before we made her go back to bed!!
More basketball with daddy!
Another happy girl after nap!! She was having a party of her own and didn't need to get out of bed yet!
Everyday she gets better and better at self feeding!!
Next step is using utensils, she would rather throw them on the floor!
Our little cheeser loves to wear her sunglasses!
We love to get out and take walks as often as we can!!! I love me those mountains!
Crafts for April! Easter wreath, and braided rug!!!
Ohhh...and can you guess!? Yep I'm pregger!
We are very excited and can't wait to have another precious baby and new family member!
Mya put the plate up to her face and this little banana stuck right to it! We both thought it was very funny, or maybe she was just laughing because I was all in hysterics!
Messy eating = Bath time FUN! Its a win, win!!
HAPPY EASTER!!!
We decided to have a fun Easter hunt for the chillins in Bear River! Mya did a good job figuring it out, but was definitely a little unsure why we were doing it in the first place! Maybe in a year or two she will understand the value of candy! I love the Easter holiday, but not for the candy! Its such a happy time to remember the Resurrection of our Savior Jesus Chirst!
And behold, I say unto you, this is not all. For O how beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that is the founder of peace, yea, even the Lord, who has redeemed his people; yea, him who has granted salvation unto his people;
Mosiah 15:18
Doesn't she look so peaceful?!
