Yet another month rolls by and I'm left wondering where it went!
Mya is already 5 months! She is just so sweet don't you think!
New stages in life present new opportunities, and sometimes we just aren't quite sure what to do with them! Mya's first whack at rice cereal was pretty funny! She was totally unsure about what was going on :) Stephen would laugh and she would continue to make this, if I might add, HILARIOUS face while covered in milky cereal!
As you can tell by the photos, very unsure! So I think after she was tired of getting messy and not too full by the way, she'd done had enough!
Yum! Slobber! It would seem that Mya is staring at the alleged photographer who is eating a giant piece of scrumptious chocolate cake! Humm...I think I might be hungry!
Because crafting is just in my bones, blood, and hair follicles I decided to make this dress for Mya out of and old shirt of mine that never got worn!
Practice is always a good thing!
After a few tries, spills, and numerous laundry loads later...oh and lets not forget to stick out our tongue, my little Papaya is loving her new skill!
We are sure glad for this beanie, it keeps her warm on all our walks! Mya is major happy when we are outside, so we like to take walks as often as we can! We used to go when she would have a crying fit, and it was just the trick we needed! Now that she is bigger she loves to just look around and observe!!
Cousin Lillee loves to hold and play with Mya!
Mya mostly sleeps on her back but I love to catch her in those other rare positions! The tummy is most rare, I have only caught her like that maybe 3 times! Sleeping babies, I think parents are the ones who can enjoy this beautiful scene!
Auntie Hopper! Literally, she hops in and out of the house at will! Busy busy gal! Better shape up if you want Mya to love you most, Ford and Cade could possibly be in the lead!
Sunday afternoon is the perfect time for a family walk! Dad are you yawning!?! Hope I see you posing, I almost see you Cade, and Ford, we all know you are strong, you don't need to bring it on with me! FAM-TASTIC times!
